Envitech Ltd is able to offer a service for equipment repair of a range  of instruments that we supply currently, and for equipment that we have supplied in the past.

We keep full stocks of the most in-demand spares and accessories, and are able to source other parts directly from our suppliers.

All repair instrumentation being returned to our workshop need to be registered with a Repair Authorisation Number (RAN) prior to return to Envitech Ltd offices in Cardiff. This ensures that your equipment has been correctly registered and declared as being properly prepared prior to return.

Please go the Technical Support & Ran section on the website for info on how to obtain a RAN. All repairs are allocated a reference and tracked through our Service Call system. We are happy to accept returns for repair quotes where faults are not diagnosed before return. We are also happy to quote for, and carry out routine annual servicing for a range of instruments as a 'preventative maintenance' measure.
