Calibration & Data Validation
A range of calibration and test facilities are available at our Cardiff test workshop.
An annual calibration service can be offered for returned equipment or, if you would prefer, a site visit can be arranged - see our site service page for details.
Envitech are able to offer servicing, repair and calibration of a range of water monitoring equipment including
- automatic samplers
- process analysers and lab photometers
- field analysers
- instrument components
Our 'Service Call' procedure is used for customers to request either a site visit or a Returns Authorisation Number for sending equipment to our premises. We aim to complete diagnosis within a few days and be in a position to quote for any work and components required.
We carry a large stock of spares for instruments within our product ranges. Although it is not always possible to meet every requirement immediately, we are able to get most components within a short time-frame.
Macherey Nagel have a unique calibration system for their extensive range of photometers. We can calibrate the complete range of wavelengths for any MN photometer using NANOCHECK. Please get in touch if you are interested in this service and return your photometer to us using the Returns Authorisation process detailed below.
We can complete the process in a few days and provide certification for your instrument using MN software and equipment. We would recommend this process as an annual check. We can also update your photometer with the latest MN software where necessary.
