Return equipment for Repair - RAN Request procedure
Envitech operate a Returns Authorisation Procedure for equipment needing to be returned for repair or testing. This helps us to give all our customers the best possible service by ensuring that every incoming item is clearly referenced. We ask customers to request a Returns Authorisation Number prior to returning equipment.
The Returns Authorisation Request form should be emailed to our service department at service@envitech.co.uk or faxed to 029 2036 9876.
Once a RAN or Service Call has been allocated, this becomes your reference and should be marked on the outside of the delivery parcel containing your equipment. Please get in touch if you need us to arrange an 'up-lift' of goods using our own courier.
